Hello! Due to disrupted postal services in the UK, we can’t guarantee that any online orders placed now will arrive in time for Christmas.

Packaging

We aim to protect all items to the best that the available packaging will provide.

Prints come in plastic wrappers and rolled in appropriate cardboard tubing. Please remove your prints from the tubing and store flat - preferably in a frame on your wall!

Records are packaged with card stiffeners where necessary and sent in corrigated vinyl mailers.
We can remove records from external sleeves if desired, and will be happy to accomodate any preferences with mailing records - just let us know in the notes section when placing your order or send us an email after ordering.

Postage Rates

Postage is calculated per item, with discounted postage on additional items.
Some items have to be packed individually, so discounts are not always significant, depending on the full consignment

Postage outside of the UK will be significantly more due to airmail costs.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee import charges, please be aware of this when ordering from outside the UK. European countries may be exempt but this is at the discretion of customs.

Delivery times

Orders are posted out as soon as possible, which is usually within 7 days or your order being taken. We are an small operation, so please bear this in mind when ordering!

Delivery will usually be quicker than this, but it does vary.

UNWANTED ITEMS
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service on unwanted items. If you wish to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order yourself for the alternate item. We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 21 days in the same condition as they were dispatched.

Please enclose a note quoting your order number, the items you are returning, and stating that the items are unwanted, and you require a refund. We recommend sending an email to shop@mrscruff.com detailing the return before beginning the process.

For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
Should you receive any items that you did not order please contact us immediately at shop@mrscruff.com

DAMAGED ITEMS
If the damage is limited to standard cases, please contact us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you.

If the damage affects the product itself we will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us and we will promptly get back to you. We will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first at shop@mrscruff.com.
